We have hands on experience managing one of the UK's largest Oyster Farms and working with fisherman collecting Native Oysters from fisheries in British Waters.
When it comes to shellfish we are the experts, not only in the art of opening an oyster, or shucking. We understand what makes the often underrated oyster so and how it gets from farm to fork. Our knowledge and confidence means we bring you the best oysters, with the best flavours in a theatre that offers a luxurious personalised experiences for you and your guests.
Oyster farming is one of the most sustainable forms of protein and as an island the UK has vast swathes of coastline which offer opportunities to feed our nation.
